“I’ll give you anything you want- anything at all- so long as you give me a chance to make you as happy as you make me. A dog. A home. I want it all. These are my terms and conditions, take it or lease it because I’m not open to negotiations.”

Terms and Conditions is the second book of the Dreamland Billionaire Series that focuses on the oldest brother, Declan and Iris, his assistant. Declan needs to fulfill his grandfather’s letter to be able to get his inheritance and become CEO of the Kane Company. Little did he know that his assistant Iris would be a bigger help not just in his career but in life. This is a romance story that brings you through the rocky relationship of Declan and Iris going from boss and assistant to something more.

“Because if Declan loves you half as much as you love him, then he will stop at nothing to make this right.”

As much as I liked the first Dreamland Series book “The Fine Print” I did not like this one as much. The main character Declan was too grumpy for me all the time, and can come across as immature and rude to Iris. It does explain why he is like that, but it seemed a bit extreme. I did love watching their love story play out, but I liked in the first one how Rowan slowly became to turn into a softy because of Zahra. I did enjoy how these are standalone books but if you read them in order, it has Declan and Zahra in this book. I can’t want to read the next one and see what Cal gets into, as he was a huge part of “Terms and Conditions.”

“Because there is nothing I want more than to turn a house into a home with you.”

P.S- The ending is what made this book go from a 3 star book to 4. It ties it all together, Rowan changes, and I completely fell in love with the story and characters.
